Our aim is to focus your message by understanding how your audience will relate to it.
We can use all the skills at our disposal to achieve this.
We do believe however that while we love to espouse to the tightly held belief of many designers that design is an art form and as such it must be treated with due respect and attention, we recognize that it is also a commercial venture and partnership with each and every client. One that we hold sacred.
We cannot expect to know more than you about your business and your customers. We always want to know more about your products your services, your customer relations and the market’s perception of your company and how you see your business developing.
That’s our job and the application of this information is our service to you.
Communication is a two way street, so don’t be afraid to tell us what you think. It’s OK to say things like..
‘Oh my! That’s an amazing piece of work you have done for us. We’re delighted!!’ or ‘I know this is last minute but can you have this done for tomorrow?’ … although please try to avoid the latter if at all possible.
Client communication, just like customer communication, requires dialogue and through dialogue we always arrive at the appropriate solution.
Then it’s time to celebrate a job well done! (approximately 5 to 10 minutes celebration time is usually included in the budget.)
